How do eyelash extensions work?

  1. Before the procedure, the eyelash technician selects the appropriate “zi” volume, length, thickness of eyelashes and the extensions according to your wishes.
  2. You lay down on a bed. A soft hydro gel pad securing the lower lashes is applied to the lower eyelid.
  3. The lashes are cleaned and degreased with a special solution.
  4. After that, the eyelash technician begins to apply the extensions. An artificial eyelash is added to each natural lash. With volume eyelash extensions, a bundle of artificial lashes is added to each one of your natural eyelashes.
  5. You need to be careful and avoid getting your eyes underwater in the first 24 hours after getting your eyelash extensions. After that, you can enjoy going to the swimming pool, sunbathe or go about your day as usual. 

The main thing is to use oil free makeup remover and avoid the sauna and any rubbing. You will then be able to enjoy your fabulous lashes for about 6 weeks.  

How long does the eyelash extension procedure take?

For high-quality eyelash extensions, you need 1.5 to 4 hours, depending on the density of the natural lashes and the desired volume.  

How long do eyelash extensions last?

On average, eyelash extensions last about 6 weeks.

How to wash your face with lash extensions?

The lashes lines constantly accumulate particles of dust, makeup, etc.and therefore it is necessary to wash the lashes well with water.

No special solution is required for this, any oil free makeup remover will do.  When washing your lashes, gently RUB your lashes in one direction. 

Can I wear contact lenses with lash extensions?

Eyelash extensions are typically safe to wear with contact lenses  ‘lén siz’.

The extensions will not prevent you from removing and putting on your lenses, and you will not feel them on your eyes either. Moreover, you can keep your contact lenses on even during the extension procedure.

# When Do I have to come back for a fill in?

You need to come back for a fill-in every 3-4 weeks.

When the products used are not as good, customers tend to go back for a fill-in every 2 weeks. However because we only use high quality products our lashes last longer and you only need to come back for a fill-in every 3 to 4 weeks.

Is it possible to wear eyelash extensions all the time?

Yes, you can. The correct size of artificial eyelash and proper application technique allows you to enjoy your extensions without harm to your natural lashes, that is, without breaking the cycle of their renewal. 

A break from extensions makes sense only if your natural lashes are damaged. In this case, it is better to wait for their full renewal (about 3 months), you can also have a special treatment to help grow and strengthen your natural eyelashes during this period.  

Can I use mascara?

No. You can’t use mascara.  

How do I remove my lashes?

Do not try to remove the lashes yourself. The glue does not dissolve either with water or oil (oil may affect the properties of the glue over time, but it will not dissolve it instantly). Removing lashes must be done following a special protocol that can only be done by your eyelash specialist.  

Which lashes are better from "mink" or "silk"?

In fact, all artificial eyelashes are made from polymer fiber, and such designations as "silk" or "mink" are invented to give an idea of the eyelash appearance and have nothing to do with animals or natural silk.  

What are the looks of eyelash extensions?

  • Natural: They look as natural as possible, as if your own lashes had become thicker and brighter.
  • Doll: These ones open the eyes so not only Barbie can have perfect eyelashes!
  • Fox (cat): They visually lengthen the eye. This effect gives the look mystery and sophistication.
  • Squirrel: these extension help correct the lowered corners of the eyes, visually lifting them.  

Do extensions damage natural lashes?

Extensions do not harm the lashes, provided that the procedure is performed properly. Lashes for extensions are selected based on the length and thickness of your own lashes.

An artificial eyelash should not be more than 2 times larger than a natural one, since it is an excessive load that can lead to damage and loss of natural eyelashes.

With the right ratio of the mass of artificial eyelashes to natural, extensions are absolutely safe for natural lashes even over a long period of time.

Can you wear extensions all year long?

Yes of course. Some of my clients have been wearing them for 5 years!
